Returns and Refunds

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is regulated by law and the customer-consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or the purchase is not made by indicating a batch reference in the order form VAT) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must send at FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL a communication by certified e-mail to pruneti@indipec.it within 10 working days from the delivery data of the goods.

Note: Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal

Method of withdrawal

withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: The purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment.); The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is received, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; STRATEGY is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

Return of goods
The product must be returned at FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL within 14 days together with the authorization form.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL will refund the full amount already paid for the product, within 14 days from the return of the goods, by transferring the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. Banking.
In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code of the customer).

When the right of withdrawal expires
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and / or its contents), in the cases that FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL ascertained:
– Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
– The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
– The absence of integral elements of the product;
– Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

Terms of Use


Information on order and shipping status
For each shipment, the customer receives the tracking relating to the shipment of his order through his email indicated in the order phase, through which he can check on the website of the courier / carrier used, or via the call center of the same, the status of the shipment of his order.

Cancel or modify an order
To modify or cancel an order already submitted, it is necessary to promptly contact FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL by email at segreteria@pruneti.it ALWAYS indicating the reference order number.

Copies of documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc) and registry adjustments
To request copies of documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc …) or registry adjustments, the customer can contact FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL by email at amministrazione@pruneti.it remembering to ALWAYS indicate the type and number of the document for which the copy or correction is requested.

Product warranty
All products marketed by FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty.

PAYMENTS


Purchases made on this portal are safe and guaranteed and can be made in the following ways:
– Payment by credit card
– Payment with Paypal

Payment by credit card
In cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment method, (at the same time as the conclusion of the order transaction), the reference banking institution will authorize the debit of the amount relating to the purchase made. In case of cancellation of the order both by the customer and in the case of non-acceptance of the contract by FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL, the cancellation of the transaction and the cancellation of the amount committed will be requested by FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL. The release times depend exclusively on the banking system. Once the transaction has been canceled by FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL, in no case can it be held responsible for delays and / or damages caused by the banking system.
FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL reserves the right to request additional information from the customer or to send copies of documents proving the ownership of the card used. If the customer does not provide such information and / or copies, FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. At no time during the purchase procedure by credit card, STRATEGY is able to know personal information relating to the owner of the same, as the information is transmitted directly to the site of the banking institution that manages the transaction, a protected site.

Payment with Paypal
By selecting the PayPal payment type, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you will enter your email address and password and make the payment.
Your financial data will not be shared with FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL but will be managed directly by PayPal.
In the event of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL will not be responsible for delays and / or damages caused during the reimbursement phase.

 

 

SHIPMENTS

Cost of Transportation
The cost of transport will be calculated by the system based on the weight of the items ordered.
Shipping costs do not include any customs duties and local taxes.

Delivery time
The delivery times of the goods ordered vary in consideration of the order placed by the customer (e.g. if the goods are available from the manufacturer) and the delivery methods chosen by the same. The times indicated for the delivery terms are purely indicative and are in no way binding for the FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL Company.
Here is the calculation that we apply: Availability + Shipping Times = Total Delivery Time
FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL uses the couriers / carriers that offer the best service / cost ratio for the destination concerned: this allows us to offer customers the best combination of shipping service and the cost of the same.
Attention: Since some products are handmade, these may not be available when ordering. In this case you will be notified on the expected delivery date and you can decide whether to confirm the order or request cancellation.

Goods reception
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:
– that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
– that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes
In the event of tampering and / or breakages, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by affixing the writing “RESERVE OF CONTROL OF GOODS FOR …..” (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received by the courier or other operator.
The customer must subsequently report any damage within 3 days of receipt of the goods in the manner provided by the operator who made the shipment.
In the event that the shipment of the order is returned to FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL by the courier / carrier for the wrong address provided by the customer, or for finished stock in the courier / carrier’s warehouses, or for any other reason attributable to the negligence of the customer, a new shipment will be possible upon advance payment of the same through a link that will be provided to the customer at the moment, or alternatively by bank transfer or paypal.
In no case will it be possible to make deliveries by appointment, at set times or days.

Checking the status of shipments
It is possible to follow the status of any shipment online thanks to the tracking code that the system sends to the customer’s email once the shipment has started, and which contains information on the carrier used, the shipping code and instructions on how to track your shipment.

 

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal procedure
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment.);
The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL does not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

Return of goods
Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damages ascertained to the original packaging, FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL will refund the customer the full amount already paid for the product, within 14 days from the return of the goods, by reversing the amount charged on the Credit Card or by bank transfer.In the latter case, the customer will promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (customer’s IBAN code).

When the right of withdrawal lapses
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents), in FRANTOIO PRUNETI SRL cases you find:
– Even partial use of the goods and any consumables;
– The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
– The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, …);
– Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
