Flavor: in the mouth the pungent sensation of almond is accompanied by notes of artichoke and rocket; there are also notes of radish, sage and rosemary. At the end we find toasted almond and black pepper notes.
Culinary uses: excellent on pasta with meat or fish; ideal as a dressing for salads, vegetables, fresh cheese, bruschetta.
