Aroma: the bouquet opens with an enveloping radish sensation that leads to strong notes of almond, dried fruit, nutmeg and oregano; clear and unmistakable is the sensation of dried fig.
Taste: The flavor is soft at first, especially the bitter notes, characterized by the radish sensation. Immediately afterwards the spiciness becomes increasingly high with a hint of chili pepper. In the finish we discover in the throat a powerful note of black pepper.
Food pairings: recommended for cooked fish, white meats, savory pies, sweet-tasting vegetables, fresh cheeses. Suitable for complex dishes, especially cheeses.
